Water isn't hot enough.

We have a combi boiler and I have noticed that the water isn't getting as hot as it used to.

When we have a shower it is warm rather than hot. If I run a bath, I have to have the tap running slowly to get piping hot water, if I turn it up then it comes out warm.

Any idea's?

Check the thermostats on the boiler.
I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

We haven't touched anything on the controls recently. The water has settings 1 - 10 and it has always been on number 8. I will try turning it up to 10, however it is odd as the water has always been piping hot before.
