I think I've been Hacked by total AV or someone posing as....
It was through PayPal etc.
I find it very difficult to sort this out as firstly one can't get through to either Total AV or indeed Paypal. Is there a more straightforward route, or do I just go through hoops?
I have (I think) sent messages to both Total and PayPal
