Hi there,
Please advise. Current rate of 2.84% ends in July LTV was 76%.
Just had a look online, new rate shows 6.0% LTV 80% 2 year fixed.
can a broker get us a better deal with Natwest or does it have to be with a new lender? We’re not in a position to change lenders as partner has missed a few CC payments but now catching up.
also, if we accept the 6.04% rate and something better comes up can we change?

Speak to a broker to obtain 5.89% without a fee or 5.49% with a fee from NatWest over 2 year fixed.
We do these regularly and can also change the deals to lower rate if rates improve between initial reservation and completion.I am a Mortgage Broker
