Hello everyone. I requested copies of CCA'S from 2 DCA'S. To cut a long story short they haven't been able to provide them so can anyone tell me what I do next as they are both ignoring the fact and still phoning me constantly?

It would help if we had a bit more information for each account.
What is the nature of the debt? Consumer credit, loan, bank account, mobile phone, catalogue?
What is the age of the debt - how long since you last paid either the DCA or the creditor?
when did you post the CCA letter to the DCA and on what date did they sign for it?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
