TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The Easter Prize Draw closing date will be 17:00 on Friday 29th March 2024
• The winner will be awarded the advertised chocolate rabbit unless this prize is unavailable eg, due to breakage. If this is the case an alternative prize of a handmade Easter egg will be given. There is no cash equivalent or alternative prizes
• Only one submission per email address will be entered into the draw
• The winner will be chosen at random within two days of the specified closing date
• The winner will be notified by email and social media.
• By taking part in the competition, it is understood that you are giving permission for Mocha to use your name and photograph for marketing purposes.
• Collection or delivery of the prize will be within 2 weeks of the email, unless other arrangements are agreed
• If the prize is to be posted, the winner understands that due its delicate nature there is a risk of breakage and if this occurs there is no substitution or replacement available
• If no acknowledgment of the Prize Draw win has been received within 5 days of the email being sent, another winner will be selected and the original prize draw winner will forfeit their prize
• By taking part in this Prize Draw, it is understood that the email address and name used to take part in the Draw will be added to Mocha’s database and used for marketing purposes.
