Excel spreadsheet

I cannot download Locoblades spreadsheet. Where can I get a spreadsheet or even how best to make one myself?

    I cant help with that, but if you look for amortisisation calculators or overpayment calculators, you may find something that helps. It would probably work quicker than building one yourself.

    Did you Try this?
    I did, no matter how I try to open the link, it will not download.
    I have tried in 3 browsers, I have my antivirus and defender turned off. 
    The spreadsheet will not download.

    Ok, so I just  right clicked the link and hit Inspect.
    on the right of chrome I found the link and left clicked and now its downloaded.
    But it did say it was unsafe, so I'll virus check it before opening.

    Or a pension spreadsheet?
