I cannot download Locoblades spreadsheet. Where can I get a spreadsheet or even how best to make one myself?

I cant help with that, but if you look for amortisisation calculators or overpayment calculators, you may find something that helps. It would probably work quicker than building one yourself.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I have tried in 3 browsers, I have my antivirus and defender turned off.
The spreadsheet will not download.
Ok, so I just right clicked the link and hit Inspect.
on the right of chrome I found the link and left clicked and now its downloaded.
But it did say it was unsafe, so I'll virus check it before opening.

Thanks for the replies, where can I find a nice calc for a loan repayment with pie chart?
Or a pension spreadsheet?
