Holland & Barrett offers

This afternoon I had a nose on the Holland & Barrett website. There were quite a few offers, BOGOHP, BOGOF and 25% off. Orders over £25 get 15% off and there's free shipping on orders over £30.
I paid full price for a jar of organic tahini, but everything else was an offer. I got £50 of shopping for 32.19 saving 22.80 !
If you're on a diet or you are vegan or vegetarian, lots of their stuff is suitable.

They always seem to have lots of BOGOHP, BOGOF and % off. Been like it for years. I remember the old adverts for their penny sale. One thing to check is the prices though, even after offers.
Sometimes £50 of shopping for £32.19 was only worth £32.19 in the first place and less in other shops.I compared some of my supplements and even on BOGOHP, they were still more expensive for exactly the same concentrate.
I have found the odd thing over the years with them though and definitely worth a look, especially if it’s something specific that is needed.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Husband couldn't find tahini in local Sainsbury's or ASDA and we want to start making our own hummus again.
Husband has NCGS so gluten free and I have diabetes and I stock up on Eat Water organic zero carb gluten free konjac pasta and rice whenever it's on BOGOF. Holland & Barrett have started doing an organic gluten free konjac flour & oat fibre pasta which was on offer so we will try that.
Husband takes a Wellman multivitamin and we grab it wherever it's on offer, not from H&B, usually ASDA or Sainsbury's. I take Vital Proteins collagen peptides. Costco has the biggest tub (680g) and beats Amazon and Vital Proteins on price with shipping included. I take Vitamin D3 too and buy the cheapest I can get (currently Boots). Most of our food is organic though.

Tahini is really easy to make if you have trouble finding it again - https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/tahini

@MrsStepford Not food shopping - but I do bulk buy w£leda & F in N products from H&B when they have a BOGOF along with spend limit discounts & additional reward point offers. I find this is the most cost efficient way of purchasing these brands.Fashion on the Ration 2025 20/661
