Hi
I am expecting some of my debts to default fairly soon and be sold on to different lenders. Please could someone advise me if it is worthwhile submitting a CCA request at this stage or would this be for later in the process? Sorry if this is a silly question.
Many thanks

Depends on the age of your accounts, if they are 10 years or more, then yes, why not.
Usually its a safer bet to wait until the debts have been defaulted a while, sold on at least once, and your looking for a way to gain some time.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
