1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (GB) only excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agencies, or anyone else directly connected with the promotion.

5. Internet is required to enter this promotion.
6. No Purchase Necessary (NPN). If you do not wish to purchase, and wish to enter the promotion to win a 30GB iPod, then either complete your details on-line at https://www.anCnoc.com for an instant unique code or send your name, address and postcode on a self-addressed envelope to 'anCnoc Response, PO Box 1072, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 9AH arrive by 16/12/07. You will then receive in the post within 2 weeks a label carrying a unique code, which you will need to enter via the promotional website 31.12.07, and follow instructions from there. Only one entry per person, per day, per stamped envelope. No bulk or third party applications will be accepted. Alternatively this can be requested at https://www.anCnoc.com

19. Only valid unique 'anCnoc' promotionals codes will be accepted. Each code can be entered once.
20. When you enter on-line at https://www.anCnoc.com you will receive notification immediately if you are a winner of the 30GB iPod prize. You will be instructed to register your details by 31/12/07.
21. Once registered, you will need to verify your claim. You must then complete the e-form on-line to confirm your prize and details, then press submit. This will send the e-form to the handling house. You must complete and submit this e-form to verify your claim. It is advisable to also retain your winning sticker to verify your winning claim.

22. There are 100 winning codes, entitling each winner to claim personalized 30GB iPod.
23. Winners who have entered on-line will receive notification immediately on-line if they are a winner. Winners will be instructed to create personalization of their iPod at https://www.anCnoc.com by following a number of instructions.
24. Each 30GB iPod is available in either Black or White and the personal wording is limited to 26 letters (including spaces) per line, of which there two.
25. If sending winning claims in by post, for safe delivery, it is recommended that winning claims for the Ipod promotion should be sent via first or second class post. Responsibility cannot be accepted for claims/applications lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. All claims need to arrive by 11/01/07.
