1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. To enter this prize draw, you must be a UK resident and aged 18 years or over. This prize draw is not open to employees of Comic Relief, BBC Studios Distribution Limited, their close relatives, or anyone connected with the prize draw. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.

3. To be eligible, entrants must create an Early Years Red Nose Day 2024 JustGiving page and register their fundraising in aid of Red Nose Day on their JustGiving page.

4. Every entrant who raises at least £10 on their Early Years Red Nose Day 2024 Just Giving page will receive a customisable Bluey certificate via email.

5. There is ONE prize to be won:

A bundle of Bluey goods to be sent via post.

6. Every entrant who raises at least £30 on their Early Years Red Nose Day 2024 Just Giving page will be entered into a random prize draw to select the winner of the bundle of Bluey goods. The winner will be selected by random draw on 31 March 2024 and Comic Relief will contact them by email to notify them of their win as soon as is reasonably practicable after this date. If the winner does not answer their e-mail after 48 hours, Comic Relief will contact the next eligible winner. Comic Relief’s announcement as to who the winner is, is final. No correspondence relating to the prize draw will be entered into.

7. The eligible fundraising period commenced on 1 September 2023 and the deadline by which the required totals must be raised to be eligible for the certificate and prize draw is 22 March 2024 at 11.59pm GMT.

8. If you would like to opt out of receiving a certificate or being entered into the prize draw, please email schools@comicrelief.com before 11.59pm GMT on 22 March 2024 and let us know.

9. Comic Relief does not take any responsibility for any technological issues that prevent a donation being processed in time or that cause a disparity between the time the donation is recorded on the JustGiving system and the time shown on your donation receipt. In order to avoid any disappointment, please submit all online donations in good time to ensure that they are processed before the cut-off date set out in section 7.

10. For the avoidance of doubt, unless specified above or otherwise agreed in writing, no other costs or expenses will be covered by Comic Relief.

11. The prize will be as stated. There is no cash alternative and the prizes cannot be sold or transferred for value in any circumstances.

12. The prize is subject to change. Descriptions of the prize are provided without a warranty of any kind. In no event shall Comic Relief or BBC Studios Distribution Limited be liable for any claim demand or damages caused to an entrant by reason of a description of the prize being inaccurate, incomplete, or for the prize being otherwise in any way different to the entrant’s expectations. Comic Relief reserves the right to disqualify any entries that breach these rules or are in any way fraudulent. Comic Relief reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.

13. Failure to claim the prize by the time or in the manner specified by Comic Relief will make any claim invalid.

14. Comic Relief may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and will make such changes by amending them on the Comic Relief website.

15. To the extent permitted by law, Comic Relief exclude all warranties and representations (whether express or implied), and all its liability (including without limitation for negligence) regarding this competition or the prizes (other than for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence) including without limitation all indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of profit, or loss or damage to data.

16. Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is that it is in our legitimate interests (and we don’t believe this unreasonably impacts on your rights or freedoms). All information and details of the entrants will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

18. This competition is operated by Comic Relief, which is the operating name of Charity Projects, a registered charity, number 326568 (England and Wales) SC039730 (Scotland). Red Nose Day is an initiative of Comic Relief. Comic Relief is the provider of the Bluey certificate and BBC Studios Distribution Limited is the provider of the bundle of Bluey goods.
