Have an AIP with Bluestone Mortgages - just wondering what documents they normally request if submitting a full application?

Depends on lots of different factors, basic ones, proof of income, last 3 payslips/p60, SA302's/TYO's if self employed, company accounts if ltd co. Bank statements latest month or sometimes last 3 months depending on if you're using certain income like benefit income. Benefit statements. Proof of deposit, gifted deposit letter if gifted deposit. Bluestone declaration form signed in pen (bluestone need wet signatures). If there's adverse credit (usually why going to bluestone) there might be some extra bits the underwriter will ask for. Your broker will have to supply an adverse explanation form if there was adverse. It's likely that your broker will require even more documentation though for their own compliance.1
