You may find these are what are called 'Autopens' ie a machine that just signs the pictures in place of the 'star' doing it. The way you can tell is by comparing them with others (possibly on Ebay) and you'll see the signatures match exactly with no differences in the pen strokes. I've recieved quite a lot from Studio Fan Mail and they are all autopens.

could somebody please enlighten me? how can u tell the autographs are actually signed by the celebrities themselves? could it be signed by some spotty teenagers got paid minimum wages per hour by the PR companies?

i didnt even remember i had ordered mine when it came, it takes them ages to send them, but i still got it

As mentioned above the signatures are "autopens" which are basically the signature is printed onto the picture

All the photographs from "studio fan mail" are autopens and you won't receive a hand signed picture from them

Not bad for just sending an email even if they are autopens

They are decent and at least you know what your receiving as if you purchase autographs on ebay for instance you have no guarentee that they are original and the certificate of autenticity are apparantly not worht the paper they are written on.

The only downside with studio fan mail is they take a couple of months to get your pictures but by the time they arrive it is a pleasant surprise

yeah they can take up to 6 mnths but you do get them eventually, they are based in america so it takes longer

Studio Fan Mail is a company that handles fan mail for celebrities that either can not handle the amount of mail they receive or simply does not want to be bothered by it. They are either signed by an autopen machine, which mimics the programmed signature exactly or preprinted, which is a previously signed picture that has been reproduced multiple times. The pictures are very nice and sharp, but no matter how convincing they look, the signatures are NOT real.!
