2. This prize promotion is open to all UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, with a valid Clubcard and Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app user. Except for Tesco Group employees who are directly connected with the planning or administration of the prize promotion.

3. Digital Clubcard QR code scans within Tesco Express stores, Tesco Superstores, Tesco Extra stores, Tesco Petrol Stations, in-store Tesco Cafés and Tesco Mobile in-store transaction will be included in the promotion.

4. The prize draw opens at 00:01 on 11/03/2024 and closes at 23:59 on 31/03/2024.

5. Scanning your digital Clubcard on your smart device during this time period constitutes entry. Only one entry permitted per Clubcard account per day. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple accounts, multiple
reproduced or computer-generated entries, fraudulently falsifying data, in the opinion of the
promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void. Entries disallowed due to technical issues shall not be included in the draw. Proof of purchase is not proof of entry.

6. If you do not wish to enter the prize draw, please email CustomerOptOut@Tesco.com and in the subject heading write “Opt out of Clubcard Easter scan to win competition” using the email address that is connected to your Clubcard account.

7. Purchase necessary for entry unless stated otherwise.

8. Entry route is via in store only: Scan your Clubcard QR code using the Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app or in the digital wallet on your smart device and complete your transaction. Entries using the physical Clubcard or Clubcard key fob are not accepted.

9. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.

10. The winner(s) of the prize draw will be the first 500 entries randomly selected from all entries that meet the criteria by a randomised computer process.

11. There are 500 prizes in total. Each winner will receive 20,000 Clubcard points.

12. There is no alternative to the prize stated and we cannot send the prize to anyone else only the winner.

13. The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. Prizes will be automatically allocated to the winners’ Tesco Clubcard account by Monday 29th April 2024 Where we suspect that an individual has breached these T&Cs we reserve the right to verify the winner and ask for proof of identity, age and address and that they are the registered user associated with the winning notification. As part of the competition, we will use personal data collected to allow a winner to be picked and to be contacted, but not for any other purpose.

14. We will not tolerate anyone who posts comments via any social media channel or anywhere else during this prize promotion that we consider to be bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other entrants Tesco Legal v1, October 2023 and followers of Tesco or directly aimed at us. Anyone acting in this way will be disqualified from the prize promotion.

15. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this promotion for whatever reason, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but if this happens, we will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.

16. The surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by emailing CustomerOptOut@Tesco.com within 1 month of the closing date. Participants may request their surname and county is not published in the event they win by emailing DPO@tesco.com by 31/03/2024. However, the Promoter shall provide the surname and county of
the winners to competent authorities upon request from such competent authorities (including the
Advertising Standards Authority).

17. The promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

18. The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
