So your income is £53000 plus £3960 van benefit which is £56960.Your personal allowance is 12570 and you have 60 in fixed rate expenses.You are £6630 into the HR band.Your salary is £51667 before salary sacrifice of 10%.This needs to increase to 22.8% to enable your income to be below 50330.0
