Absolutely chuffed to have received email confirmation of our remortgage offer with Halifax yesterday 
In the process of getting all the solicitor forms completed now!
Do we also receive a copy of all the documents through the post in addition to the email confirmation sent via our broker?

Thank you @kingstreet We still cannot quite believe it! Stuck on an 8.5% SVR and struggling to remortgage due to tight affordability calculations. Used Simply Lending who have been outstanding from the start Looking forward to much lower monthly payments and actually paying some of the mortgage balance off at long last rather than just interest!
