Do I qualify as First Time Buyer ?

Hi. Idk if anyone can answer my doubt but here it goes:
I'm looking to buy my first house in the UK as I'm a British citizen now, but like 20 years ago, when I was still living in Spain as a Spanish citizen I bought a flat in Spain and then 4 years later I sold it. It was around 2008.
I moved to the UK in 2015.
Do I still qualify as a first-time buyer?

For SDLT, HTB ISA etc no.
For a mortgage with eg Nationwide, yes.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks for your comment.
I don't know how they would manage to find that information if someone like me lied during the application and said that I never bought any properties before. Even for me is difficult to find a register of that property being sold to me with the Spanish authorities.0 -
Potentially they will not find out - but what if they do? Thanks Fraud.
