I think that the 1st pic, above entry form, and the last pic, at bottom of page, are two halves of the same room.

There's a few other things to consider when trying to work out the answer and I am interested to see what everyone else thinks!

Looking at the small pics at the bottom and counting the bottles and spaces I get about 245 on the racks plus however many go in the long drawers.  But since those pics seem to be showing champagne bottles (which are fatter than wine bottles) you could get more wine bottles in the drawers and the triangular spaces.  So 300 plus seems likely.

I zoomed in and did my best at counting what wine bottles I could see and I came up with a figure of 387
