    I could have sworn I had read on here that negotiation between parties is preferable by the courts to avoid it getting that far?  Or too late for that and a CCJ guaranteed?

    If a CCJ is now inevitable I may as well defend it if the outcome is the same either way.

    Whether the CCA was legit or not.  I was hoping to get some clarification on it here but will see what CAG and LB have to say.
