Currently have an application in for a remortgage with Halifax through a broker. Can I track my application online or does the broker only have access to this? Many thanks

Only the Broker has access.
There is very little to track. You need to pass internal credit scoring to get to full application stage. If you are at full application, your credit file is fine.
Halifax instruct valuation on application submission, so that is already progressing.
The Broker will have uploaded proof of income if you have already provided that.
The only other information required would be for specific circumstances like gifted deposits.I am a Mortgage Broker

Thank you so much - we have received a desktop valuation which has come back as more than sufficient for the LTV requested. Proof of income has been submitted and accepted. No deposits as will be remortgaging from current lender. Such a stressful time - not wanting to wish my weekend away but can't wait until Monday to see if there may be any updates next week!!amnblog said:Only the Broker has access.
