Tesco views survey- no more

Just discovered today that Tesco survey- printed as an invite on the bottom of the till receipt has been axed.
(Still printed on the receipt , but that is being removed)
It was a neat way to earn an extra 25 points per month without too much effort.

Another cut back

Boo hoo

Me too !  I make a point of completing the online survey each month to tell Tesco how useless they are: It's a postcode lottery even buying their most basic (budget) food lines in their stores.
When you go to tescoviews.com, you get a message stating in so many words: "We've stopped this method and will be surveying our customers directly. If you have any comments about a store, speak to a member of staff."

Which basically means that they ignored the tescoviews survey contents anyway; and staff members don't have any control over what products the store ranges - it's all directed from head office.

My advice would be to send an old fashioned letter in an envelope to their CEO Ken Murphy at Tesco House, which I intend to do !

Just made the same discovery, they certainly didn't announce that axing with any great fanfare! Was a tidy way to collect 25 points every month. And provide feedback that they ignore. I no longer live near a Tesco but on the occasional visit I don't think I'm missing much. The Clubcard price reductions for things I might actually buy only bring the price down to what I would pay in an alternative store!

I used the survey as a way of boosting points.
I did phone their helpline to check that I hadn't strayed onto the wrong web page: sadly no. The chap I spoke to said that they might email me with questions. .... but I suspect not!

I shall not be wasting time, effort & money to write to the CEO.

Could just waste time & effort and email the CEO: ken.murphy@uk.tesco.com
  • The survey is still available.

initially I tried in the normal manner after a shop on the 1st March only to find the message to say it had stopped. However, i received an email the following day acknowledging I’d done a shop & invited me to carry out the normal survey, which I did
