Substantive Role NHSP Help!

Been told when joined that since already done my training with NHS Hub that it covers the NHSP training but getting emails saying its going to expire just wondering if you are a Substantive role do you have to do both training?

No idea what these trainings are, but some training courses definitely have to be repeated at regular intervals. For example, I did First Aid training but had to repeat it every three years in order to be a registered First Aider: when I said I wasn't going to re-do it, then my standing as a First Aider expired.
So is that the issue, you did training some time ago? Or is suggesting that you only have a short window for completing training? Really, you will need to get certainty from your employer.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
If you move from being employed by NHSP to a substantive role within a trust then yes, you’ll need to repeat all the training with that trust.Debt free as of 2 October 2009
