Exactly what I was thinking. The first year all they said well as long as you pay your mortgage and do not fall behind on your payments we will support you. Last May it was " you have to put your house on the market!Hoenir said:

Every monthly review was welcomed with a " as long as your house is on the market", which they can see on Rightmove. Everytime I rang them you speak to a different person but this months review was a bit of a shock!!!
Never mind see what comes along as I have reduced the price.

I did do this and was told "thats good news and keep us updated. My monthly review in November I was told not to contact them in December and ring them 24th of Jan as the markets will be very quiet. So this months review came as a shock.0
