Nationwide Mortgage process?

Hi - I have recently submitted an application for a mortgage via a Broker and I wanted to understand their process. I submitted all payslips and information on the 22nd February but as we are nearing the end of the month I am worried that the Lender will ask for this months payslip also, even though the application went in before month end. I am in a Sales role and my commissions is very good 11 out of 12 months but the only month I do not receive any is February.. will I be okay?
The Valuation is scheduled for early March, are underwriters likely to have done their checks?

It is unlikely they will ask for any more payslips.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I am not a mortgage advisor nor do I know half the amount than other people but I had the same issue when I bought my first house in 2017 and I was fine.. I did provide a letter from my company and doctors which may have helped.0

If your latest payslip provided shows sick pay, they may just ask if you have returned to work or for the following payslip - it is different for every lender. It does not crop up very often so I would struggle to say for sure for any particular lender. Ive never known it to be a deal breaker though. But as you say, if the additional pay will not show it could cause other problems that become a deal breaker.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. yes, it does show sick pay, we did provide all documents last week, so didn't have this payslip yet, but he has returned to work this Friday, he had broken hand, but now cast is off.
