Hopefully I've put this in the right place.
I was given cashback for an order that was returned. I assumed that the retailer (Currys) would've declined the cashback but its gone through and available to withdraw.
The chatbot doesn't quite have the information needed and I can't see a way to get in touch with a real person.
Does anyone else have any experience with this happening? Or in general getting in touch with them recently?
For further reference - is there a way to withdraw a request for cashback if the order is cancelled or returned etc.?

Personally, I would keep it if it’s been awarded. It’s on the retailer to confirm the details to Quidco.0
