Hi All,
Appreciate some help with this letter, should I get in touch? As it’s for such a large amount and they mention it’s been defaulted on the 31/1/2024. They have send an I&E so I guess I’m now best to fill this in and set up a plan?
Thanks

You have posted in the wrong forum, it wants to be in the general DFW forum, not this thread, I have asked for it to be moved.
But FYI, its what it says it is, a letter before claim, and you should respond within 30 days.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Hang on.
This is an opportunity to get info from them. Do you agree that you owe what they say?
Please see this guide

I suggest ticking Box C ( this doesn't commit you) and asking for all the info you can think of on Box I
I notice they are saying they may issue a statutory demand. Are you a home owner and do you have other debts?
This seems a very large loan for a credit union, and are they saying that the first missed payment was 4 weeks ago?

ARE THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE SENT YOU THIS THE OWNERS OF THE DEBT?0
