Hi
we've been with Bluestone for nearly 2 years now and our fixed rate is nearly over. We had a letter from bluestone about a product transfer to another fixed rate.

We’re happy to do this but does anyone have any idea of how it works. It says if we meet the criteria then there is no paperwork needed.
We’ve contacted our broker who is looking into it for us but just wanted to hear people’s experience
