Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 1. Any terms published for a specific prize draw override any of these terms as applicable. 2. The prize draw will be administered by Kantar Ltd on behalf of Post Office Limited. 3. Contact details required for entry to the prize draw must be provided on request in order to be eligible to take part. 4. Personal information required for the prize draw will be processed by Kantar UK Ltd and used only for this purpose. 5. The closing date for entries to be received by Kantar UK Ltd is the last day in each calendar month. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the prize draw. 6. The prize draw will be made at Kantar UK Ltd offices on the 1st of each month (or first working day). 7. Unless the stated prize is cash, no cash alternative will be given for any other non-cash prize. 8. Only one prize can be won per participant. 9. The winner will be notified within 2 weeks of the draw by the contact details provided in the survey. Details of the winners will be available to anyone who sends a SAE to Post Office Team, Kantar UK Ltd, 6 More London Place, London SE1 2QY, within 4 weeks of the draw date. 10. The prize, £100 High Street gift card must be taken within 2 weeks of the winners being informed, or an alternative winner will be drawn. 11. The prizes shall be issued within 6 weeks of the draw date unless otherwise specified. 12. No purchase is necessary. 13. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14.
