Creditfix Iva

Hey guys, I won’t lie I’m stressed to death. I agreed to an IVA with Creditfix then I realised it’s not for me and I’m looking to stop the process, there hasn’t been a creditors agreement yet until the 4th of March, I rang today a few times to see if I could get in contact with someone to cancel this and they have kept advising me someone will call me back, I’m really worried that if I don’t hear from them this is all going to go into place and I won’t be able to cancel and then it will go against me, I’ve cancelled the card as I read on here that’s what’s best to do so they can’t take any funds. I’m going to keep ringing everyday and pray I get some help. Does anyone have any advice on what to do if I can’t get the help i am looking for? I realise it’s my own fault for not realising sooner this isn’t the right option for me!
