My mortgage rate expires in October and my financial advisor has sent me some revised mortgage rates. I am looking for some advice. Current mortgage is tracking the BoE base rate + 1.79%
I have received the below options:
2yr Fixed @ 5.22%
2yr Fixed @ 5.22%
3yr Fixed @ 5.28%
5yr Fixed @ 4.85%
10yr Fixed @ 5.09%
No mention of a fee anywhere so I assume none.
