Another month and a new total - forgot I had reduced my automatic OP so had to make a manual OP, must sort this out for next month.Started back at time restricted eating yesterday and slept much better so hopefully I can keep this up. No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Thank you both, I am absolutely fine today, so fine I have even ran today but yesterday afternoon I had the most horrendous headache came home and threw up and slept then fine. It was very strange.
