Rebounder / trampoline

Been reading about how good rebounder/trampolines are for stimulating the lymphatic system so thinking about buying one. I presume thet all have to be used outside as a standard 7'6" ceiling is probably not high enough.
Is there anything specific I should bear-in-mind when choosing one, are the smaller ones too small to use easily, it is better to get one with a T-bar or U bar?
