Anybody waiting for a mortgage offer?

Yep. Application went in to the lender on Feb 8th. Valuation all good and apparently no issues with affordability, hard checks, or our docs. Just waiting, waiting, waiting. I'm not great at it.

I'm joining this thread, applied again today after being declined in January. So waiting games begins again.. last time were declined after 4 weeks waiting. Now meeting the criteria and also paid off a few things, so hopefully yes this time, hate to wait though....

I applied with Nationwide for a 69% LVT mortgage ( I just opened a thread on it as i'm really frustrated), and still waiting the offer (they messup the survey data entry)... really disappointed the quality of their services considering all the service level they are publishing (from app to offer in 10 days), no one is able to provide an update in a reasonable amount of time, broker can't do more than call them and they just replied saying there's no update. I'll raise a big complain with Nationwide as it's not the way they should manage customers.
