I bought 2 of these £9.99 ALDI 2gb ones about a month ago - they still had them in stock last Sunday. They are (as expected) Tevion branded and as far as I am aware come with the usual 3 years warranty.

If you don't have an ALDI nearby try SAINSBURYS - my nearest branch also has 2gb SD cards for £9.99

And if you can find something else to make the total £35 or £50 you can use codes for a £3 or £5 discount - just register for their monthly newsletter and you'll be sent your individual codes for your personal use (online OR instore)

Incidentally if the order comes to £35 or more you qualify for FREE delivery (otherwise £2.99) so you don't even need to live near one or be concerned about time, petrol, bus fare, parking etc...

Thanks for the information. I reckon 1 or 2gb will be enough for my needs. I'm not sure whether or not it would take a 4gb card.

Noticed my local tesco (normal sized store) has 1gnb sandisk at around £8 too

Yes, thanks for that. I can get a 2gb one for around that price.

Incidentally, Marks and Spencers are charging £49.99 for a 1gb card. I have some vouchers for M&S but I'm not giving them £50 for something that can be obtained for £5. Can you imagine who would buy one from M&S at those sorts of prices? They're really having a laugh i think!
