Aldi had some 2gb high speed SD cards for £9.99 last week.
Ok maybe not as cheap as Play.com but no need to wait days and days for the post to arrive?? :rotfl:
I bought 2 of these £9.99 ALDI 2gb ones about a month ago - they still had them in stock last Sunday. They are (as expected) Tevion branded and as far as I am aware come with the usual 3 years warranty.
If you don't have an ALDI nearby try SAINSBURYS - my nearest branch also has 2gb SD cards for £9.99

Who knows where to get SD memory cards for cameras at the best price? I have a 10megapixel digital camera that needs a supplementary 1 or 2gb SD memory card.
I see that Asda are offering 1gb ones at £8.55 (Sandisk)and 2gb ones for £122.88 (Fuji).
Can anyone out there do any better?
Ever thought of treating yourself to a FOUR gigabyte SD card ?
I presume that the camera will take it ?
Just 29.99 from Maplins.
And if you can find something else to make the total £35 or £50 you can use codes for a £3 or £5 discount - just register for their monthly newsletter and you'll be sent your individual codes for your personal use (online OR instore)
Incidentally if the order comes to £35 or more you qualify for FREE delivery (otherwise £2.99) so you don't even need to live near one or be concerned about time, petrol, bus fare, parking etc...
If you are ordering ONLINE remember to go through QUIDCO for another 3% discount (and pay with a cashback credit card - my EGG card gives me 1%)
Overall with all discounts I could get one of these 4gb cards for under £26

Thanks for the information. I reckon 1 or 2gb will be enough for my needs. I'm not sure whether or not it would take a 4gb card.0 -

Yes, thanks for that. I can get a 2gb one for around that price.
Incidentally, Marks and Spencers are charging £49.99 for a 1gb card. I have some vouchers for M&S but I'm not giving them £50 for something that can be obtained for £5. Can you imagine who would buy one from M&S at those sorts of prices? They're really having a laugh i think!0 -
7dayshop have reduced postage at mo £1.500
