mortgage provider for somebody with DMP- please reccomend

Hi later this year we want to relocate and may need a small mortgage. Currently have £163k interest only with Santandair, never any defaults. Going to use out c£140k equity to relocate to Lincolnshire and may need a £20-30k mortgage. Am currently 2 years into a DMP owing about £25k. Could anybody recomend a broker for bad credit mortgages?

I would go for an adverse mortgage brokerDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
