Ho do I find houses prices as at 1991, for council tax reevaluation

Could someone provide assistance, please? I'm attempting to determine the price of the house as of 1991. However, there's a challenge as the properties, only 5 in total, were built on previously demolished garages, and there are no houses with comparable age, size, construction time, or appearance. The valuation office has indicated that I haven't furnished sufficient information. Unfortunately, there's a lack of available data as these houses were constructed in 1992, while the surrounding properties date back to the 1930s, making it difficult to find relevant information.

If the houses were built in 1992 then I would imagine the VOA have taken the sale prices and and adjusted for the difference between 1991 and 1992 values and thus the band is probably correct. If you didn't buy the house new is there anything in your purchase documents that gives the 1992 sale price? Or do any of the neighbours have the 1992 prices.

Why do you think that the CT rate is incorrect?

To partially reiterate my previous post, 1991 house prices are not in the public domain. Various house price indices will give a rough indication but they will not be accepted by the VOA. I have previously suggested looking at archived newspaper property ads, but these will only show asking prices and probably not the type of house in the area you want,
