Hi, I'm not actually in debt but Xmas has really gouged into my emergency savings (went a bit mental and flung caution and good resolutions to the wind - as ever). Can I join anyway?

£310 in a savings account by the end of Jan would be a great start to the new year.

B*****. I thought I could count a fiver from ebay, SDN this morning, then realised it actually arrived late last night.
  • Can i join in please

Need around £300 for a washing machine (i know that there are machines for half that price, but need a slimline one)

Found 5p when i was taking my daily walk (losing weight is my main resolution for 2008)

Have some stuff which can be listed, and gonna try and earn extra cash
Debt of £6300 cleared in 5 years, now ZERO
  • I'll give this a go... it might be a struggle but it's worth a try!

Benbenandme and Malverna Its up to you if you want to count the money as you earn it or when you receive it.

Mumzyof2 Yes I'm afraid that yes we start today! Head permitting - which mine isn't :o.

EHallett well done for such motivation, that is a hell of a lot of questions. i applied for AQA and it took me what felt like a lifetime just to complete the entry form and then i failed :rotfl:so i admire you for doing so well with it.

Hypno06 I feel I have to ban you from this thread for doing so well :D especially as i am hungove3r and have no hope of making any money today..........Oh OK you can stay (as if I have any power anyway but please humour me), well done for such a fab start to the challenge and to the NEW YEAR :j.

Wigglebeena I'm not in debt myself and haven't been for 2 years this month but I haven't found any other forum with such determined motivated people so I still stick to the DFW board. I don't think it matters if you put your money towards debt or savings or whatever as long as you are trying your hardest to make your financial situations as good as you can.

Everyone else this is the beginning only 30.5 days to go  need to get my finger out as per usual I am running behind but I always do at the beginning of the month but so far the last 4 months I have made my goal :j, but still off to do clicks now.

I'm really determined to do it this month as I think i've slightly overspent on myself this xmas oops!
Just checked one of my bank accounts and I've earnt myself £2.68 in interest, need to check the interest on my savings account and add that in but I think my mum has lost my password letter .
Got 10p on pigsback clicks today and noticed 500 points for referring a friend (thankyou friend!) which is another £5 and I now have enough for another voucher when boots are back in stock.
Doing my daily clicks as we speak but think i will add all those when they've tracked instead of what I think I've done.
Feeling quite positive about it now and will add up todays total later when I manage to get into my savings account!
Trying to sort my life out, and I'm going to get there!
  • Can I join please - and count it towards the Olympic Challenge.

Made £2.20 on Pigsback today which is a start!

Am thinking of going through odd drawers and things later to liberate some bits of change.

Does it matter if you do better one day than the next? ie: make 45p one day and then 13.50 the next as long as it all adds up to an average of £10 a day at the end of the month?
