Paper Work To Keep Once Defaulted.

Hi Followed advise and waited until all my accounts had defaulted, some sold, some have not, some enforceable, others not doing own DMP.

My questuion is i have all paper work going back to when i stopped paying, what should i keep and what should i get rid off.

I know to keep defaults anything else?.
I have Dyslexia which is a learning difficulty that primarily affects the skills involved in accurate and fluent word reading and spelling so some post may not make sense.

    Dont qualify for a DRO, just have loads of paper work just advice on what to keep or not. Plan pay those that are enforceable.

    Also to note defaults are now a year old.

    While the debts are still live, I'd be nervous about throwing anything away in case I needed it later. I know 99% of it will be worthless waste but just in case there's a date or a reference I might need, I'd hang on to it

    In the past I've had a DCA write about a debt I had from years ago, allegedly, had no recollection of it whatsoever.

    Turned out it was statute barred anyway, but always best to keep paperwork a few years just in case.
