Hi,
I will be leaving resigning whilst in my probationary period. My work will end in March. I normally get my P60 in April but as I'll be leaving before then. How will I obtain my P60 as I worked most of 2023 with a previous employee.

You won't. You will be given a P45 when you leave. This will record all income earned and tax paid in the tax year (and providing you gave your current employer a P45 when you started or they received a P6 direct from HMRC) it will include the earnings in this tax year with your previous employer.

You only get a P60 if you are in employment as at 5 April in any tax year. Otherwise you get a P45 - that will have all the necessary information which would otherwise have been shown on your P60.RKO1 said:Hi,

You could also get the same information from your personal tax account: https://www.gov.uk/personal-tax-accountGoogling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!2
