Home buyers protection insurance

I was looking at this and wondering if it's worth it given the current climate.Has anyone bought this cover and successfully claimed on it?it look relatively cheap considering the downside if not having it.

It's cheap because the insured risks aren't really all that helpful for many of the situations where you'd actually want cover. Previous threads on the home-buying board about it if you want to search.1
