Tesco Clubcard. Can you still get a physical card?

I have just registered online for a Tesco Clubcard and during the process there was no mention of an actual physical card.  They just mention the App and something about "reducing our use of plastic", but do not actually say that they do not issue them to new users.  There is also no mention about getting a physical card in the confirmation email they sent them.  I have tried the FAQ's on their website but there is nothing about the matter there.

Have they stopped issuing them to new users or is there a way of getting one that I do not know about?

The only time I actually use a plastic card is at the fuel pump.

Thanks.  I was able to do it with the first of the two links you sent me.  I actually saw that link when searching on the tesco website, before starting this thread.  I thought it was just for people who had lost their card, but clicking on it gets you to  page where people who register for first time can order a card.  Thanks once again.
