If it's been cooked after being defrosted (uncooked) it can be frozen once again
Rules basically to follow to keep safe with any foods is - Freeze - Defrost - Cook - Freeze - Defrost - Reheat. So for example if you buy frozen uncooked products you start at the defrsot part. If you buy cooked foods start at cooked.
For example if you bought it frozen and uncooked, cook it before freezing it again. If you have something you have cooked or bought cooked you can freeze it, defrost and reheat again. One day I might be more organised...........
