Natwest product transfers

My mortgage deal ends 29th February and I decided to stay with Natwest.
I selected a new deal at 4.69% to make sure I had the best one at the time for me that was comfortable paying but would keep an eye on them offering anything better nearer the time. However since I have tied in the website (I don't have the app) doesn't show me any other options. Does anyone know if the app would show, or if I have to call. Do you need make an appointment to discuss or speak to someone straight away? Thanks

Can I just ask, was your product transfer offer only valid for 14 days?
I am in a similar situation with Virgin, I have an offer at 4.03% but its only valid for 14 days. I therefore don't want to accept this if I then can't select a more favourable product further down the line.0 -
New rates out today for both NatWest and Virgin, can you both tell me what is your loan to value and mortgage balance?
Let me know and I will tell you today's rate.I am a Mortgage Broker

NatWest 5 year fixed with £995 fee is 4.39% today, No fee two year rate is 4.94%. These are rates via a Broker, the direct rates cannot be guaranteed to match.I am a Mortgage Broker

No, it's valid until either I cancel it as I find a cheaper one or if I do nothing it kicks in after mortgage deal expires on 29th February.hufc2002 said:Can I just ask, was your product transfer offer only valid for 14 days?

I've since phoned this afternoon and they did have an option at 4.54% with £995 fee for 5 year fixed not as good as the above post so will contact my mortgage broker and see what they can do.0 -

Our current LTV based on Virgins valuation of our property is about 61.5%. I have submitted a product transfer for a 5 year fix with a £995 fee for 4.03%. I have 14 days to accept this offer.0
