Seeking Advice on Debt with DRS - Debt Recovery Solutions on behalf of ebay.

Debt to the tune of £48 in unpaid views, not disputed, it rings a bell with me.
I can still pay the fees via ebay, which would be cheaper, but should i deal with the debt collection service?
Also, the above, althought ehy seem to have the correct deets, how can i be sure its no spam/phishing before i pay them?

Ebay debts are not enforceable in court, debt collection activity will include the odd letter and phone call, after a couple of weeks they will move on and forget about you.
