Council Tax reclaim

Hi all,
Following Martin's advice to check council tax bandings, which I did - it seems my property which is currently banded E should potentially be in band D.
However, the problem I have is our property is part of a new build estate (2019), so there's no way to check historical sale prices and therefore I cannot perform thorough diligence checks.
Does anyone have any helpful advice at all? TIA

If you are using any house price calculator, be advised that they are too general and mostly inaccurate. Check the bands of properties similar to yours in age type, and size, not just on your estate but also in the surrounding area.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
