What is Debt Register ??

I've seen some emails to someone in a lot of debt where a collection company is threatening to log their debt on "Debt Register".
They have stated Debt Register is an international credit scoring register, with whom we hold a corporate licence. Debt Register platform makes notification of defaulting companies available to Dun & Bradstreet and their global credit reporting partners. Having your company registered on Debt Register, could seriously affect your ability to obtain further credit, and if your company were to be registered on Debt Register, this will seriously affect your companies credit rating.
Now the debt in question is that of an individual not a business so is this relevant at all?

Never heard of it, Brie.
Could it be non-UK?1 -
Its for companies to improve payment times by using the threat of having your company name added to this register of bad payers, apparently.
