Good afternoon everyone.
Just arrived home after shopping for a few little bits mainly fruit and veg as my freezers are quite well stocked. It was a little nippy first thing but the sun has appeared now. I have the ironing to do this afternoon which hopefully won't take too long and then I'll do a little work at the computer. Too much excitement I think!
My tulip bulbs are beginning to show in my pots so that brings hope that Spring is on its way. This Winter seems to be so long and dreary.
Nan - hope the scan goes well.
Best wishes as always to the poorlies, the sad and the worried.
Take care xx7 -
Afternoon all..I've just been lazing away, mentally preparing myself for doing stuff. On eof the pumkins is showing signs of needing to be cooked so I'll be roasting off that in a bit with some garlic, and I saw a recipe for a spiced pumpkin cake something like a carrot cake so I'll do that too while the oven is on. I'm also going to roast all the garlic I have in the house so i can put it in the freezer for later use. Supper tonight is pork chops with something [ pumpkin!
]and I do have to go to the gc fro some compost in preparation. It's time to dig up and faff about with the bit of garden outside the window. Such a diference when it's sunny, it really perks me up.
Nanny, fingers crossed for you. Take care all and enjoy the sunshine if you have it!Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi6
