Hi , I’ve just received a letter saying I owe overpayment on tax credits I don’t receive tax credits anymore. Would I be allowed to pay some each month does anyone know ? Can’t afford it in one go

Comments

  • Yes - they were really helpful when we spoke to them. They asked how much we could afford to pay back per month and set up a monthly plan (this was in November).
  • Yes definitely - mine is going to take 10 years to pay back at the rate I can afford. They didn't bat an eyelid.
