    I was offered a 0% balance transfer with no fee for 12 months so shifted as much as I could off the cards which were expiring.

    1. MBNA credit card - £5,828 (repayment £145 - 13 months remaining @ 0%/July 2026)
    2. MBNA loan 1 - £1,921 (repayment £490 - 4 months remaining/September 2025) 
    3 MBNA loan 2 - Repaid
    4. AA loan - £6,701 (repayment £372 - 14 months remaining/August 2026) 
    5. Barclaycard - Repaid and cancelled 
    6. Lloyds card -  Repaid and cancelled
    7. Natwest card - £5,510 (repayment expected to be £145 - 12 months remaining 0%/May 2026) 
    Total debt payments £1,152 per month. 

    * 7. 'Ground rent' - £4,000 per year due on 1 April.
