@Hillwalker1975 we're with Natwest and will be looking to port and borrow more. In the process we can clear our debt with some of the equity so will be in such a better position.0

No-one is going to 'pull your pants down' - Mortgage Brokers are regulated to ensure they do the best they can for you.Hillwalker1975 said:
Who would I be best to approach? I feel I’d like to speak to someone and be up front, but I’ve never used advisors or brokers before. Don’t want my pants pulled down ☹️ACG said:You should be fine, it might not be for every lender but you should have most of the market available to you.
thanks for replying 👍
There are other parties in the process much more likely to have their hands on your pants.I am a Mortgage Broker

Looking for a mortgage broker? I am using 3mc now, very good, everything done on-line and email (except for ID) https://www.3-mc.com
They charge a fee, of about £350 but maybe you can offset that with a cash-back deal. I paid the fee and happy with their service. Tell them what you want including the cashback and they will pick out the best deals, with proof, there's no dodgy dealing.0
