Help to Buy Contradictions!

I have a mortgage and used help to buy. 7 years on my circumstances have changed and I wish to rent out my apartment. However I'm in a bind because Help to Buy say I need permission from my mortgage company and my mortgage company says I need permission from help to buy!
Has anyone found a way around this contradiction?

Tell one that you have permission subject to the other’s consent.

Help to Buy will make the decision however it will be based on whether your mortgage company agree so you will need that also
